Don began his Insurance career in 1970 with a major Insurer for whom he worked for 16 years in various underwriting and executive capacities. From small beginnings in 1989 Don has seen Morrison Insurance Solutions grow to become a significant independent insurance broking force. Don is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (FCII). In his spare time, Don is a family man and is involved with his local church, as well as being involved with various charitable organisations.

Mark has worked in the insurance industry for 21 years both for insurance companies and brokers and completed his Professional Qualifications to become an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) and is now a "Chartered Insurance Broker". Mark started his career at Provincial Insurance as a an underwriter before moving to General Accident as an account executive. Following various mergers, Mark enjoyed various roles at Norwich Union including senior underwriter and account manager. Mark joined Morrison Insurance Solutions in 2000 and has since played a major part in the development of Pi-Property Insurance. He became Director of Pi Property Insurance in 2006 and is now responsible for strategy, new business development, client retention, software development and marketing to name but a few. Mark is a keen football fan and is looking to encourage his young daughter to follow in her father’s footsteps and become an Aston Villa fan. In his spare time Mark enjoys squash, badminton, jogging and reading.

After starting his career with Sun Alliance Insurance in 1987, Ian developed his knowledge within a professional broking environment dealing with all aspects of General Insurance. Ian completed his Professional Qualifications to become an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) and is now a "Chartered Insurance Broker".
Ian joined Morrison Insurance Solutions in 1993. He became a Director of the Business in 1999 and continues to have a wide area of responsibility including, but not exclusively, Claims, Finance, Commercial Section and HR issues.
Outside of work Ian has 3 passions, His family, golf & Aston Villa!
